Privacy Statement

Introduction

TradeSmart respects the privacy of visitors to our Web site. This Privacy Statement defines what information we will collect, and how we will use that information.

"Personally Identifiable" Information

TradeSmart will not collect any "personally identifiable" information about you (ie; your name, address, telephone number, or email address) unless you provide it to us by filling out an online form. This information will never be shared with any other person or organization. TradeSmart may send you offers from other businesses, for closely related products and services. Under no circumstances will TradeSmart provide your information to these advetisers.

If for any reason you would like to be removed from our mailing list. Just follow the instructions at the bottom of the mailing and your information will be promptly deleted from our records.

Web-Check Data

When you fill out a "Web-Check," none of the data from that form, is stored on the Web server. At the time that the form is processed, the data is transmitted to another computer, that is not accessable from the Internet. Once your draft has been printed, by law, we must keep a record of it for at least one year. After that time, all of your Web-Check information is deleted.

Minors

TradeSmart does not deal with minors, and has no intention of collecting any "personally identifiable" information from individuals under eighteen years of age. If a parent or guardian finds that a minor child has provided us with such information, just follow the instructions at the bottom of the mailing, or you may contact us using the the form on the "Contact Us" page. All reasonable efforts will be made to remove such information from our records. If at all posible, and for best results, please paste in the email that was received, be sure to include the message headers.

Information Collected Automatically

In some cases, we may automatically collect information about your visit that is not "personally identifiable". This could include the type of Internet browser that you are using, your computer operating system, and the domain name of the website from which you came to our site from, ie; a search engine, a link, etc.

We will use this information to continue to improve our site, and may use it to determine which of our marketing stratigies is most effective.

"Cookies"

Cookies are a small text file that a Web site stores on your hard drive. These files can't take any information off of your system, they are used by a Web site to "identify" your browser. They can store information about your visit, such as; date, time, pages viewed, and in some cases information you enter into a form.
